1. Services Provided

Cron Agency Inc provides technology and marketing services, including software and platform development, web development, search engine optimization, online marketing, AI and automation consulting, and business diagnostics such as the Niche & Website Analysis. The specific details, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are outlined in a separate written agreement, proposal, or invoice provided at the time of purchase.

2. Payments, the Analysis, and Refunds

  • Payments: We use secure third-party payment processors. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
  • Niche & Website Analysis: The Analysis is a paid diagnostic engagement. Its fee is due before work begins and is non-refundable once diagnostic work has started. If you subsequently engage us for ongoing services, the full Analysis fee is credited toward your first month.
  • Ongoing Engagements: Fees, billing schedules, and termination terms for ongoing engagements are governed by your individual written agreement.

3. Professional Judgment & No Guarantees

Our recommendations and deliverables reflect professional judgment based on the data available at the time of the engagement.

  • Search Rankings: Search engines change their algorithms continuously and their results are outside any provider's control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes. Any performance figures discussed on this Site or in our materials describe past results for specific engagements and are not a promise of future results.
  • Implementation: Outcomes depend in part on factors within your control, including implementation of recommendations, site changes, and business operations.

4. Use of the Site

You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes. You strictly agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Site, servers, or user data.

We treat client identities and engagement details as confidential and do not publish them without permission. Likewise, any non-public information we share with you about our methods, pricing, or deliverables during a proposal or engagement is provided for your evaluation only.

7. SMS/Mobile Messaging Terms (10DLC Compliance)

By subscribing to Cron Agency Inc mobile messages via the consent checkbox on our website forms, you agree to the following terms:

  • Program Description: We may send you text messages regarding your inquiry or account, including replies to questions you submit, scheduling and appointment coordination, project and service updates, and account notifications.
  • Consent: You consent to receive recurring conversational and account-related text messages (e.g., SMS and MMS) from us. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. The consent checkbox is unchecked by default and is not required to submit any form.
  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile provider for details.
  • Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.

We are not liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure), including acts of God, internet or hosting outages, actions of search engines or platform providers, or third-party service failures.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
